Just had to share how pretty this baby shower was that I went to last weekend in San Diego. Everything was color coordinated, including the beverages and the full candy bar. It was adorable. Anna you did an amazing job!

these monogrammed plates from laplates are so cool. you design everything about them too. the font, the color, background design etc.... and they are made of melamine so they are pretty much unbreakable. cool huh?

a harebrained idea!

I watched a program today about the Gulf Oil Spill and heard about hair being used to soak up the oil. Anyone can donate hair or animal fur to help out. Specifically salons and groomers. 1 pound of hair can soak up a quart of oil in one minute and can be re-used 100 times.
